Dang!! When its meant to be it WILL be! After months of multiple offer feenzies, inspection surprises, appraisal issues, underwriting delays and covid hurdles, enthusiasm was starting to wane for this family. Suddenly the stars aligned, clouds parted and as if Clark Griswold flipped a switch, this perfect home lit up their lives like a burst of hallelujahs!
