24 years worth of life was shared in this little house. The sellers were having a tough morning saying goodbye to their long-time home where memories were made, children were raised and lots of love was shared. They headed to the closing rather sad ..then everything changed! It was through tears of joy that they handed the keys over to the new owner. Having heard her story and experiencing her tears of joy to finally have a place to call her own for her and her children made all the difference! Both buyer and seller felt deep in their hearts this was meant to be.
