They needed more room...and not just on the stairs! With a new baby on the way we were on a mission to get this couple settled into a bigger home before their baby girl arrived. It was a HUGE relief and HAPPY surprise when the seller unexpectedly handed over the keys at closing! Now being in their home 30 days earlier than planned, they have time to to crack open the pink paint, assemble the crib, fold the diapers (does anyone fold diapers anymore?) and be ready for the newest family member to arrive....that is unless the little one has an early surprise in store for mom and dad, too!
