A Simple brick ranch seemed to be a reasonable prerequisite considering where they were looking to purchase their first home. Dozens of brick ranches later, they kept coming back to the same one. Maybe is was the realization that they already knew and liked the neighbor...or the fact that the awesome picture window actually OPENED! Possibly it was the poured basement walls or their preferred school just down the street. Perhaps all the storage space, big backyard and finished basement for entertaining or combination of all these appealing features drew them in. It was no 'Shock' though, that they chose this adorable place to call home! Today they are homeowners and have the keys to prove it.
