Who knew when we teamed up in 2023, this would be an epic example of "collaboration" at its finest! Starting with Surveys, easements and access agreements we then progressed to excavators, boundaries, legal descriptions, permanent addresses, stakes vs markers, attorney jargon and perc tests. In between is was a myriad of bouncing ideas off each other and a LOT of TWEAK TWEAK TWEAKing! We adjusted, updated, revised and plotted our way though the marketing and legalities of this complex sale until we got a buyer who was "all in"! 16 short days later, we made it to the closing table with a HIGH FIVE! It was teamwork at its best with all the hard work was worth the effort! Thank you for the opportunity and awesome partnership!
